Regular Sex is Ideal Sex 

Sex is perhaps the most basic and most exciting requirement if you want to conceive a child. During your ovulation period, a session of hot, passionate sex with your partner every two or three days is ideal. Also, keep in mind that there’s still such a thing as too much of a good thing can be bad for you, even regarding sex. Prolonged abstinence or too much ejaculation can both lead to negative effects on sperm quantity and quality. So if you’ve just had the entire night of doing nothing but banging, then consider the next day to be a “day off.”

Smoking cigarettes can do more harm than good, especially if you’re trying to conceive. However, it can become very difficult to just kick the habit. If you can’t stop smoking cigarettes, then cut it down. Women who smoke 10 or more cigarettes per day will have more difficulty in conceiving in comparison to non-smokers.

If you want a high chance of conceiving, then a missionary position with a slightly tilted pelvis is optimal. Still, keep in mind to do it as naturally as possible. Don’t think about sex as a chore, or else you’re going to create tension, which can then ruin the mood.
