Getting out in nature has been shown to reduce stress in a number of studies. This is why, whenever possible, you should get out and take a walk to relieve tension. A lot of studies have proven that going and enjoying the outdoors can lessen stress and anxiety.

Because gardening demands careful attention, it keeps your brain active.
Find a league in your region, or start one yourself, if you have a sport you’d want to play but never have a team to play with. Participating in a sports league is a fun way to mix up your routine while also providing you with the benefits of exercise, socializing, and healthy competition.
